regarding the future of Clarkdale Motors Ltd. and Audi

Dear Friends,

The past few years have seen many changes here at Clarkdale. Most noticeably, we underwent a major Volkswagen Marketplace renovation -- with the view to better serve you and your vehicle.
More recently, we have made the decision to focus entirely on the Volkswagen brand. The struggle to maintain a balanced level of customer service has become increasingly difficult in recent years as both the Volkswagen and Audi brands have grown exponentially. While being so busy is great, we have outgrown the capacity at our current location. We have looked for various expansion solutions without success, and so have made the very difficult decision to give up the Audi brand.

In the future the Audi brand will be represented by the OpenRoad Auto Group in Vancouver.
This transition will take place September 15, 2006 and will result in an immediate increase in space and capacity for Volkswagen.

We appreciate the patience and tolerance that you afforded us through the construction period.
We are confident that the changes we have made will allow us to be more responsive to your needs in the future.
